GBCollection Payment for Indigo Credit card I received a phone call from Joe, he explained the reason for calling was very understanding and listened to what I had to say concerning nonpayment with Indigo he then spoke with his supervisor about giving me a great payment plan that would stop interest rate and pay balance owed. I agreed and was able to do so within a month. I'm a happy camper!!!

GBThe Difference Respect Makes I am in financial difficulty and am generally avoiding bill collectors out of fear. Derek talked to me like a human with worth in everything he said, and it motivated me to not only talk to him but to set up a payment arrangement on an old bill. This bill jumped to the top of the list of what I'm taking care of simply because of the respect Derek showed me on the call which made me want to work with him even though it will be very difficult financially. This is the way bill collection SHOULD be done. Thank you!
