Jermaine was kind during the call from… Jermaine was kind during the call from start to finish. His demeaor made me want to get this taken care of as quickly as possible. In comparison to another company, who has tried collecting on two medical bills, their rep had a demeaning tone and very disrespectful. I have had a medical ordeal and losing my job that placed me in this predicament. jermaine treated me with humanity and that's all I would expect. I owe the bill and I wanted tot ake care of it, but Jermaine's handling of the call made me want to do it as soon as possible.

Great service for a bad situation! I was pretty upset hearing about another debt that my ex wife had opened in my name. I did the normal please explain before I give any information and the gentleman I spoke with was totally understanding of my situation. He went out of his way to give me options as well as letting me know how this would affect my credit. I understand the frustration of being a debt collector and the amount of people that absolutely give these guys a hard time, but at the end of the day the gentleman I spoke to was calm and definitely listened to what I had to say. Collection Payment for Indigo Credit card I received a phone call from Joe, he explained the reason for calling was very understanding and listened to what I had to say concerning nonpayment with Indigo he then spoke with his supervisor about giving me a great payment plan that would stop interest rate and pay balance owed. I agreed and was able to do so within a month. I'm a happy camper!!!
