Collection Payment for Indigo Credit card I received a phone call from Joe, he explained the reason for calling was very understanding and listened to what I had to say concerning nonpayment with Indigo he then spoke with his supervisor about giving me a great payment plan that would stop interest rate and pay balance owed. I agreed and was able to do so within a month. I'm a happy camper!!!

Great service for a bad situation! I was pretty upset hearing about another debt that my ex wife had opened in my name. I did the normal please explain before I give any information and the gentleman I spoke with was totally understanding of my situation. He went out of his way to give me options as well as letting me know how this would affect my credit. I understand the frustration of being a debt collector and the amount of people that absolutely give these guys a hard time, but at the end of the day the gentleman I spoke to was calm and definitely listened to what I had to say.
