Great customer service Good afternoon, I wanted to say that both Jermaine and Joe made my experience very pleasant. They gave me a good laugh and treated me with the up most respect and care. Jermaine was kind during the call from… Jermaine was kind during the call from start to finish. His demeaor made me want to get this taken care of as quickly as possible. In comparison to another company, who has tried collecting on two medical bills, their rep had a demeaning tone and very disrespectful. I have had a medical ordeal and losing my job that placed me in this predicament. jermaine treated me with humanity and that's all I would expect. I owe the bill and I wanted tot ake care of it, but Jermaine's handling of the call made me want to do it as soon as possible.
