Website and application process is pretty straight forward. I did have some questions and when I called the service number, spoke with an American speaking person immediately which was fantastic, she got me all sorted out. Once the loan application process moved forward, I was assigned a loan advisor (Stan!!) who reached out and helped me through the remaining steps and with any questions I had. Documents and statuses were easy to find and upload. I’ve financed loans with a few vendors and this was the first where I had a dedicated representative who supported my case with updates on my status, documents I needed, and nuances to be aware of.
