Website and application process is pretty straight forward. I did have some questions and when I called the service number, spoke with an American speaking person immediately which was fantastic, she got me all sorted out. Once the loan application process moved forward, I was assigned a loan advisor (Stan!!) who reached out and helped me through the remaining steps and with any questions I had. An easy experience and great rates The application process was easy. ELF also communicates with you with instructions for all followup steps. You are assigned a Student Loan Advisor who is available to help with any questions you may have and stays with you throughout the loan process. Excellent experience!
