GBI can't understand why someone would… I can't understand why someone would choose to bank here unless it is super convenient. The incompetency level of some of their staff is breathtaking, which Golden One doesn't seem concerned about. I can't recommend this bank.

GBI have a checking account and a loan… I have a checking account and a loan with Golden1. The loan is set up for auto payment from my checking account. The first payment was scheduled for August but they took the money for the loan in July and when they did that it caused an over draft fee. Anything a bank can do to rip you off they will do it just like your government.
