GBMy auto loan is set to be paid in full… My auto loan is set to be paid in full this month on February 20, 2023. My balance is less than my payment. Not only will the regular total amount be withdrawn and applied to the less-than balance, but I also could not remove future payments without going into a bank branch and canceling the payments. Upon going into the branch, I was met with a less-than-competent bank employee. This employee had no idea how to fill out the cancelation document and when to make the document effective. She asked ME! This was not a reassuring experience and I will be closing all Golden One accounts as soon as my car title is received.

GBGolden 1 customer service Literally called bc my card was declined and nobody informed me that my card was declined or CLOSED my account was closed because of a 40$- fee i had to pay off which was fine but still what the f--k? Nobody told me shi so when i called this old man on the phone was being rude and pathetic i didn't like his adittude one bit he wasn't helpful at all. The worse came to worse he lied and said i can open up reopen my account but then after i ask to reclarify so i can make sure it is still the right info that i need.. and i can still get the help that i NEED he wants to say oh no you can't reopen ur bank u have to go in and get a new card Golden 1 please get better CS!

GBI have a checking account and a loan… I have a checking account and a loan with Golden1. The loan is set up for auto payment from my checking account. The first payment was scheduled for August but they took the money for the loan in July and when they did that it caused an over draft fee. Anything a bank can do to rip you off they will do it just like your government.

GBHORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I had $1200 taken from my account on 6/21. A joint check was deposited about a day before. I called on 6/22, they explained and told me a copy check was issued and sent to me within 5 business days. Confirmed my shipping address. 5 business days pass by...nothing. called on 6/30, they told me there is a delay in the USPS mail and it could be 7-10 business days confirmed my address again. 10 business days pass by NOTHING. called again on 7/6, got the call escalated to Irene, I asked for the check to be sent to a branch near me. I expressed my frustration to Irene she did not care, finally gave me an extension, and told me to call on Thursday,7/8, so we can 3-way call the bank because it should be there on Friday 7/9. Called no answer, left VM, no callback. Called their CS line, the guy told me the notes said I need to wait until Monday 7/12 and that it should be there no later than that. Monday no call from the branch as I'm desperately waiting. Called today Tuesday 7/13, to find out the branch has the check since Saturday and called me that day?! no, they did not. Why would I not answer or call back as I'm waiting for this $1200 check?? The lady I spoke to did not care as she was "just the messenger". So extremely upset over this situation. This company could care less

GBGolden 1 is ridiculous and so am I for… Golden 1 is ridiculous and so am I for wanting to stay with them. Anyway, I already have a checking and savings account. I tried to open up another checking account, I was denied and told I was in the checks system (lies). I tried to open up a savings account and was told I closed out another account with a negative balance on August 10th (lies). So, in order to clear this all up, I have to go to the branch ( INCONVENIENCE). Really...I've been getting direct deposit there for over 15 years from one of my employers soooo, if I owed anything, it would show up in my active account. The reps couldn't answer that, why go to the branch when I'm always told they have to call Sacramento, or I have to call for complicated issues? When I had fraud, the branch told me I had to call Sacramento. The branch has the same incompetent staffs that told me I could not add beneficiaries at the branch, I had to go online. When I asked the reps in Sacramento, I was told I should've been able to do it in the branch. Good thing I have several accounts elsewhere, this last incident confirmed my real savings needs to go to my other banks and credit unions for safeguarding. Thanks for making it clear G1!!!
