GBWe opened up an account We opened up an account, they took our deposit. We asked if they were going to send us checks and a debit card, they told us that they were still reviewing our account. An hour later, they told us this: Your account was reviewed by our Risk Management team recently. In accordance with our policy for transactions we are closing your account effective immediately. Your initial deposit will be refunded as of the date of this notice. The problem is that we never made any transactions....what are they talking about? Oh well....there are many other options...glad to have experienced this early.

GBPositive banking experience for my business I have been using Small Business Bank for several years. I appreciate their detailed security measures to set up the account. I have had excellent customer service for any question I may have. I have not had any problems with transfers to my personal account or paying bills. Any problems I have encounter have been my own mistake and mostly involved technical issues. I have had many more issues with larger banks in the past and feel the service SBB provides is superior and valuable.

GBStay AWAY from SmallBusinessBank.Com I have requested a debit card multiple times. Multiple times over the past 3 months they confirmed the debit card has been shipped out. They can't issue a tracking number but say that their processor Shazam will. I call Shazam and they claim they don't have a tracking number and to contact SmallBusinessBank. Simply passing the bucket. Find another free business account. This company SmallBusinessBank.com is a headache.

GBHorrible customer service left me without my money Earlier this year SBB migrated to a new banking website. For weeks their system was down and I could not access my statements or the bill pay service. Then they shut off access to the mobile app and I have no way to access my funds. I am unable to log in on the new website or the new mobile app, and I can't even re-register my account. I have called customer service numerous times but no one answers the phone. Absolutely horrible customer service; borderline criminal since they have hijacked my funds and are not giving me access to my account for 4 months.
