Responsive to all my needs and questions. Simple and secure online banking interface. Everything I've needed to run both of my micro businesses. Can't think of any reason to look elsewhere.

MXLots all lies This bank they don't know how to handle business i opened an account i really thought i did but was never activated. Now they secured 2 message wich i can't get in because My account is locked. Well after you answer this last review you never fixed anything you closed my account and returned my money without letting me know. I ask you do you think what you guys did is correct? When the bank ask me for any documents I submitted immediately once I was 5 hrs away driving and I cancelled everything just for me to submitted what you ask me for what ? The funds come from a legit source Wich is SBA.

GBImpossible to Access Online We tried to use Small Business Bank for an early stage startup. It worked fine until we brought in an accountant who needed to have access to the account. Unfortunately, at that point, everything started to break. Each time he tried to get into the account, there was a new challenge question. Finally, the account even got locked out by even the account owner. We had to move our funds just to be able to do routine banking transactions. Not a great experience.

GBWe opened up an account We opened up an account, they took our deposit. We asked if they were going to send us checks and a debit card, they told us that they were still reviewing our account. An hour later, they told us this: Your account was reviewed by our Risk Management team recently. In accordance with our policy for transactions we are closing your account effective immediately. Your initial deposit will be refunded as of the date of this notice. The problem is that we never made any transactions....what are they talking about? Oh well....there are many other options...glad to have experienced this early.

GBHow does this bank keep showing up on… How does this bank keep showing up on "best of" lists? The website looks like something I made in 7th grade tech class. There's no clear instructions about depositing a check online or even any real indications about how to handle money. Creating an account is frustrating-- you need to deposit 5 dollars to get started, but can only call to do that, but can only do that by speaking to a banker, and even when you catch them during business hours, they may just tell you your request can't be processed but then call you the next day? Seriously. These big business sites obviously don't have the small business experiences in mind when they put this nonsense at the top of their lists.
