GBHorrible and similar to northone bank Horrible and similar to northone bank. Northone have even give me an answer for my dispute and they had over a month! Sbb here been days trying get my pin is on me thing another reason they shouldn’t be operating is when you charge your card it doesn’t show until next day for example you have 1000 you bought a gum 5 dollars the active isn’t shown so if you have 20 transactions after within the day on a working day it don’t show nothing later tomorrow bam all is shown. In my case had 105.00 use my card expect to have 40 then next day it show -39. Robbers straight out and this is with no overdraft protection. Come on now a days which new bank worth no history give you overdraft protect some do as in dont pay for you but then charges fees

GBGood for basics, but that's it. I've been banking with SBB for almost a year. The website/app is clunky and they don't do international transfers, which is frustrating. They have no in-network ATMs available, even in the very large city I live in. The customer service is great, and it's an affordable way to get some banking basics, but I think I will need to switch to a bank with more services soon.

GBWe opened up an account We opened up an account, they took our deposit. We asked if they were going to send us checks and a debit card, they told us that they were still reviewing our account. An hour later, they told us this: Your account was reviewed by our Risk Management team recently. In accordance with our policy for transactions we are closing your account effective immediately. Your initial deposit will be refunded as of the date of this notice. The problem is that we never made any transactions....what are they talking about? Oh well....there are many other options...glad to have experienced this early.

GBJust add documentation I am very happy with my micro business checking account at SBB. It was easy to set up and offers cell phone deposit, free paper checks, a debit card and more. I think the $5/month fee is fair... I didn't shop around exhaustively for a "better" deal. The telephone support is good. I'm not overwhelmed by the online banking website, or by the account terms documentation. In my opinion it can be confusing, incomplete, or even slightly contradictory (from one document to another.)
