GBWe opened up an account We opened up an account, they took our deposit. We asked if they were going to send us checks and a debit card, they told us that they were still reviewing our account. An hour later, they told us this: Your account was reviewed by our Risk Management team recently. In accordance with our policy for transactions we are closing your account effective immediately. Your initial deposit will be refunded as of the date of this notice. The problem is that we never made any transactions....what are they talking about? Oh well....there are many other options...glad to have experienced this early.

GBThis bank is really a scam This bank is really a scam. I do wonder why it is still working. The FDIC should close them up. I had pass through all the bank account opening procedures. I managed to get funds into it but now getting an email from them in order to transfer my funds is a big problem now. Cant register the ACH transfer to my other bank accounts. I advise people to stay away from this bank. My cousin who works for the Government is already investigating them. Regards, Dewella Brough

GBAlmost painless Almost painless. My loan officer was very kind, understanding, then quickly worked to determine how she might help me. I had her full attention, until my business was completed. I felt quit comfortable as I was walked thru the process.

GBREALLY RUN REALLY RUN ! the May 2021 roll-out of there new SBB mobile CANNOT be installed on most phones and there internet desktop SBB IS just beyond ambiguous. This bank should be shut down by the FDIC. I am reporting them. They are holding my money, and business hostage. You will never ever get a hold of an actual SBB employee in Kansas HQ

GBJust add documentation I am very happy with my micro business checking account at SBB. It was easy to set up and offers cell phone deposit, free paper checks, a debit card and more. I think the $5/month fee is fair... I didn't shop around exhaustively for a "better" deal. The telephone support is good. I'm not overwhelmed by the online banking website, or by the account terms documentation. In my opinion it can be confusing, incomplete, or even slightly contradictory (from one document to another.)
