TWFor non-english speaking countries… For non-english speaking countries etana KYC process is extremely unfriendly or maybe consider horrible. In these countries obtain English billing statement from bank is not possible, also get even get English version utility bill. Finding qualify translation agency and get notorized is harsh for most of people in remote area. I go back and forth more than a month.

GBUpdating my residential address I had to update my residential address and was expecting days of back and forth communications, lots of hoop-jumping, unhelpful replies and general nausea. How wrong I was. It took a very short time, just a few hours before I received confirmation that the job was done.
