GBAs an infrequent user of the Etana… As an infrequent user of the Etana Trust platform I was informed my account would be suspended due to lack of use. When I attempted a log-in to comply for continued service I realized my 2FA code had not transferred to my new phone. Etana support provided the guidance I needed and the issue was quickly resolved.

GBUpdating my residential address I had to update my residential address and was expecting days of back and forth communications, lots of hoop-jumping, unhelpful replies and general nausea. How wrong I was. It took a very short time, just a few hours before I received confirmation that the job was done. It was a great relief as I have had too many bad experiences with bank and crypto exchange compliance departments. So relieved that this time it was a much less stressful experience.
