A Great Service with Excellent Service I've always found Etana Custody to be helpful when I have questions, and very quick when transferring money to my bank account in Hong Kong; hours rather than days. I use this solely as a conduit from a Crypto Exchange to my bank account, so can't comment on their other services.

It might be me as Etanas process is not… It might be me as Etanas process is not straightforward. It took weeks to register and find funds transferred from Kraken until Kraken contacted Etana my Etana account was zero.Then to transfer and get my Australian bank approval took a few more days and although I thought I’d instructed to withdraw funds it took a few more days until I finally received advise that my funds were transferred. Let’s wait and see if they finally arrive. It’s been two days , but I remain hopeful.

Tried to open an account My wife tried to open an account. Day 5 and no success. Support was close to non-existent and spectacularly unhelpful - when it was eventually forthcoming. Support doesn't seem to understand what their own website is doing. What should be a simple process made extremely difficult. Still not accomplished.

Updating my residential address I had to update my residential address and was expecting days of back and forth communications, lots of hoop-jumping, unhelpful replies and general nausea. How wrong I was. It took a very short time, just a few hours before I received confirmation that the job was done. It was a great relief as I have had too many bad experiences with bank and crypto exchange compliance departments. So relieved that this time it was a much less stressful experience.
