GBEasy Setup, but Issues The setup for my business account was quite simple and the customer support response time is excellent. However, the website leaves a bit to be desired. I am fairly computer literate, but it is just not intuitive especially when trying to open a subaccount. I actually gave up trying and will just use my single account while I decide whether or not to stay with Grasshopper. Also, the time it takes for funds to show up in the account is unreasonable in this day and age. I understand Grasshopper is trying to protect itself, but 5 days for a mobile deposit is ridiculous.

GBWonderful Customer Service! Coming from a larger bank the customer service is outstanding! At my old bank, I was treated quite poorly and had bad interactions with customer service. They would not listen to me, made me jump through endless hoops, and never respected my time. As a small business owner this was super frustrating. Grasshopper has been the complete opposite. They listen to me, are prompt in their delivery and emails and have been nothing but a pleasure to work with.
