GBCarey Henry rocks! Grasshopper is a wonderful bank to work with for SBA Loans. I cannot recommend enough. I would especially like to bring attention to Carey Henry, Senior SBA Loan Closer. She has been nothing short of remarkable. Has truly gone above and beyond and a shining example of caring for the customer (us). Our seller has been somewhat frustrating during this process, and the deal has changed, dealing with the lease, but Carey has been instrumental to ensure this process was done in an efficient and timely manner. She even went above and beyond to ensure our seller was communicated with through the process. Cannot recommend Grasshopper and Carey enough!

GBShady Bank My business account was suddenly closed without warning with vague details as to the nature of the cause. No instructions or timeline were given for the return of my funds. They're acting very much like a fraudulent scam entity from another country. According to other reviews, the BBB, etc., this is a common problem. I would not recommend banking with them.

GBAbsolute trash Absolute trash. They allow you to apply, make it seem like you are approved in order to get you to fund the account, only to turn around and decline the application. At that point, they have your money in limbo, keep it for multiple weeks, and then return a portion of it and take some as a "processing fee". Complete scam.
