GBMike & Team 5 STARS Mike and the rest of the team were fantastic. I couldn’t remember my PIN number, they couldn’t reset that, which is okay but they reset my account about 5 different times and were so polite! They were timely, and definitely did their best. I wouldn’t recommend calling because I’m sure they’re incredibly busy in the call center, but I would try instagram or other social media. They aerie very fast.

GBI was on hold several times trying to… I was on hold several times trying to contact Bank Mobile customer service through phone. I started looking for other contact options and came across Bank Mobile Twitter and noticed that the staff were helping other people in need of help. I sent a DM and was very grateful at how quick Mike responded to me and helped me. I was shocked that I received help so fast compared to how long I was waiting on the phone for.

GBCathy! Cathy is amazing! She guided me throughout my process of fixing my account. I appreciated her patience and kindness. She is so amazing and will help you resolve any issues ASAP! I was full of anxiety due to difficulties with my account but Cathy’s amazing support helped me ease it with fixing my issues.

GBI was supposed to get my Pell Grant… I was supposed to get my Pell Grant refund last week! & it is no where to be found & its a whole week later. normally it comes two days after it says it was accepted when i check on my schools end they say its all Bankmobiles fault its always something.
