Turned into a better experience I recently moved and wanted to check my BankMobile account because I wasn't sure if I had to change the address on the site or if I could change it via my college's webpage. I accidentally locked myself out of my account and called their customer service line, and it did nothing for me I was on hold for a good 20ish minutes until I got hung up on for absolutely no reason. Edit: I saw that other people were getting help on Twitter which was much faster and more helpful. Thank you Cathy.

the best I couldn't get into my account because my number wasn't associated with the account. So I tried to use my email but its been suspended because too many attempts. I just realized I can dm askbmd on twitter. Sary help me through my troubles and now I got my account back thanks to Sary.
