GBI was supposed to get my Pell Grant… I was supposed to get my Pell Grant refund last week! & it is no where to be found & its a whole week later. normally it comes two days after it says it was accepted when i check on my schools end they say its all Bankmobiles fault its always something.

GBEver since they locked us our our… Ever since they locked us our our account a week ago to fo maintenance money has been missing from my account. I call and no one can ever tell me where my money is. If yall notice we no longer have a 0 on the transfer tab. Which makes its hard to transfer money. My job deposited 1017.00 in my account. I was only able to transfer 999.00 into my savings because there is no 0 in the transfer tab. This should have left 18 dollars in my checking. Nope it's just went m.i.a. and they could not explain why. I never keep money in my checking I always transfer from my savings when making a transaction so its easy to keep track of my money. Today I had 1 dollars in my checking and transferred 14 dollars to make a payment to after pay. I transfer the money and my card was declined. I looked back in my account and the 14 dollars is not there. I transfer another 12 dollars and was able to make a payment but when calling bank mobile they feed me bs saying it went towards my pending transaction which is bs. Again I never keep money in my checking so all pending transactions are paid out right away. Those transaction were accepted and paid out prior to my 14 dollar transfer. That's 32 dollars no one knows where it went.

GBTurned into a better experience I recently moved and wanted to check my BankMobile account because I wasn't sure if I had to change the address on the site or if I could change it via my college's webpage. I accidentally locked myself out of my account and called their customer service line, and it did nothing for me I was on hold for a good 20ish minutes until I got hung up on for absolutely no reason. Edit: I saw that other people were getting help on Twitter which was much faster and more helpful. Thank you Cathy.
