Turned into a better experience I recently moved and wanted to check my BankMobile account because I wasn't sure if I had to change the address on the site or if I could change it via my college's webpage. I accidentally locked myself out of my account and called their customer service line, and it did nothing for me I was on hold for a good 20ish minutes until I got hung up on for absolutely no reason. Edit: I saw that other people were getting help on Twitter which was much faster and more helpful. Thank you Cathy.

I was on hold several times trying to… I was on hold several times trying to contact Bank Mobile customer service through phone. I started looking for other contact options and came across Bank Mobile Twitter and noticed that the staff were helping other people in need of help. I sent a DM and was very grateful at how quick Mike responded to me and helped me. I was shocked that I received help so fast compared to how long I was waiting on the phone for.
