Paul- from the Facebook chat- he was… Paul- from the Facebook chat- he was exceptional!! I had been dealing with major frustration over the app face recognition log in- (mostly that it quits recognizing my face sometimes- y’all should check into that) and out of sheer frustration I hunted y’all down on fb - right away Paul was able to help!! He was- reassuring and ready to handle business!! I felt very secure and very appreciative towards him. Trying to call y’all- is not real obviously. 0.o

DM them on Twitter or Instagram After reading some reviews here on trustpilot, I saw people having great success with getting fast and easy customer service by messaging BankMobile on Twitter (X). I did just that and the admin named Mike helped me within 30 minutes! Thank you so much Mike from Twitter!!

I honestly would love to give 10 stars I honestly would love to give 10 stars. I worked with Dylan, I forgot my password had a different number because it’s a little bit of an old account. I am hearing impaired and it is so hard for me to call and he helped me out so much TY SO MUCH
