GBQuick and easy The website is easy to use. Have your information ready. Took about 10 minutes. I was also able to communicate easily when I had a question. Confirmations were emailed to me right away. The app is also easy to use and pretty thorough, as far as the account information you can obtain without having to go through the website. Altogether highly recommend.

GBI should be able to transact by phone… I should be able to transact by phone not waste a phone call wait time only to be told to send an email

GBResponsive to customer requests. I asked for an ACH transfer of an account to a different bank. I needed the transfer to happen in two different transactions. Bank5 was very helpful, and processed the request. Other banks I've dealt with have been far less helpful.

GBRedeem CD Gave instructions to redeem CD a few days after term. Called in and advised CSR you terminate and gave reason that better rate available. Sent in secure message as instructed. Received message today call Connect 5. Wanted to know reason for termination. Second time advised better rates available. Finally received funds a week after initial request.
