Responsive to customer requests. I asked for an ACH transfer of an account to a different bank. I needed the transfer to happen in two different transactions. Bank5 was very helpful, and processed the request. Other banks I've dealt with have been far less helpful.

Redeem CD Gave instructions to redeem CD a few days after term. Called in and advised CSR you terminate and gave reason that better rate available. Sent in secure message as instructed. Received message today call Connect 5. Wanted to know reason for termination. Second time advised better rates available. Finally received funds a week after initial request.
