The process itself had some glitches. That is the reason I had to contact the customer help center. From there on things went fairly smoothly

GBQuick and easy The website is easy to use. Have your information ready. Took about 10 minutes. I was also able to communicate easily when I had a question. Confirmations were emailed to me right away. The app is also easy to use and pretty thorough, as far as the account information you can obtain without having to go through the website. Altogether highly recommend.

GBNo Pleased This online bank offers very little in the way of managing a maturing CD. There's no way to indicate what you want to do at maturity, or where to transfer your funds at maturity. Only by calling them did i find out that you must send them a secure email with instructions, bank routing and account numbers, etc., for where you want your money to go. This is ridiculous. They didn't even have the account information for the funds source I used to set-up and fund the CD. Not good.
