GBentirely more professional than most in NV GBFCU has always been entirely more professional and has higher integrity than most businesses in NV. That's not a high bar, but at least they're helping to raise it. My only complaint is that they do not update you when their app is no longer supported for your computer OS.

GBAutomatic Payments I like almost everything about Great Basin except the original setup of my automatic car payment. I thought that since I set everything up online as per instructions everything was good. But apparently not, I had to call customer service to find out why my payment had not been debited. They took care of it for me, apparently, I didn't understand the instructions completely. Or, they weren't clear, which I feel they weren't.
