GBI love this credit union I love this credit union! The staff is very nice and helpful, I always feel appreciated and valued when I go to my local branch. My favorite is the mobile app, the updates were a little off at first; however, it was quickly fixed and now I use it for everything. I can deposit checks, transfer money, and pay bills.

GBI recently opened an additional account… I recently opened an additional account and the service was stellar! I just tore my office apart looking for the young man's name who helped Me! I can't find it and I always write down a name. I'm guessing it was John or Dan? This gentleman needs recognition for His patience and ability to explain things in a perspective anyone could understand. His follow through and attention to detail is what is missing in way too many business's today. He also explained to Me the method of what I will be encountering when I purchase/select an online digital Stock Platform, most helpful Person I have had the pleasure of doing business with. GBGreat Service We went to another credit union to open an account anddeposit a large check. At first we were basically ignored and then told to come back the next day. Our daughter recommended Great Basin CU and we were greeted and taken care of. A world of difference.
