GB3 steps plus phone tag to open account The website says 3 steps to open an account but neglects the fourth step of a week of phone tag with Sara. Since it’s not our first account not sure why this call is needed. To avoid this delay just use the secure message platform or if a verbal confirmation really is needed for some reason make an appointment.

GBAutomatic Payments I like almost everything about Great Basin except the original setup of my automatic car payment. I thought that since I set everything up online as per instructions everything was good. But apparently not, I had to call customer service to find out why my payment had not been debited. They took care of it for me, apparently, I didn't understand the instructions completely. Or, they weren't clear, which I feel they weren't.

GBCustomer service is superb Customer service is superb! From the initial phone call to our meeting with Amber, opening an account, and mostly dealing with fraud was exceptinally well done. The teller noticed that we were stressed after a scam incident and offered us water. Great experience.

GBI love this credit union I love this credit union! The staff is very nice and helpful, I always feel appreciated and valued when I go to my local branch. My favorite is the mobile app, the updates were a little off at first; however, it was quickly fixed and now I use it for everything. I can deposit checks, transfer money, and pay bills.
