I love this credit union I love this credit union! The staff is very nice and helpful, I always feel appreciated and valued when I go to my local branch. My favorite is the mobile app, the updates were a little off at first; however, it was quickly fixed and now I use it for everything. I can deposit checks, transfer money, and pay bills.

Automatic Payments I like almost everything about Great Basin except the original setup of my automatic car payment. I thought that since I set everything up online as per instructions everything was good. But apparently not, I had to call customer service to find out why my payment had not been debited. They took care of it for me, apparently, I didn't understand the instructions completely. Or, they weren't clear, which I feel they weren't.

I recently opened an additional account… I recently opened an additional account and the service was stellar! I just tore my office apart looking for the young man's name who helped Me! I can't find it and I always write down a name. I'm guessing it was John or Dan? This gentleman needs recognition for His patience and ability to explain things in a perspective anyone could understand. His follow through and attention to detail is what is missing in way too many business's today. He also explained to Me the method of what I will be encountering when I purchase/select an online digital Stock Platform, most helpful Person I have had the pleasure of doing business with. I must add the entire Credit Union are always at the same level. Much appreciated and look forward to many more years at Great Basin Credit Union. Thanks, Mitchell Bruns(aka David).

entirely more professional than most in NV GBFCU has always been entirely more professional and has higher integrity than most businesses in NV. That's not a high bar, but at least they're helping to raise it. My only complaint is that they do not update you when their app is no longer supported for your computer OS.
