GBI recently opened an additional account… I recently opened an additional account and the service was stellar! I just tore my office apart looking for the young man's name who helped Me! I can't find it and I always write down a name. I'm guessing it was John or Dan? This gentleman needs recognition for His patience and ability to explain things in a perspective anyone could understand. His follow through and attention to detail is what is missing in way too many business's today. He also explained to Me the method of what I will be encountering when I purchase/select an online digital Stock Platform, most helpful Person I have had the pleasure of doing business with. GBI love this credit union I love this credit union! The staff is very nice and helpful, I always feel appreciated and valued when I go to my local branch. My favorite is the mobile app, the updates were a little off at first; however, it was quickly fixed and now I use it for everything. I can deposit checks, transfer money, and pay bills.
