Save your money & frustration level Placed an order Jan 24, 2024. They shipped a completely different item. They requested that item to be ret'd to them with tracking & print off required return info to include in return pkg - all at my own expense. I requested a refund in several emails & by note in ret'd item. They say to give them 10 business days once item is received back & "we will have your request accommodated". Tracking verified that the item was delivered back to them Feb 16, 2024 @ 2:08pm. I gave them 3 wks & asked where my refund is. They closed my ticket request saying it was "solved". It's now Mar 16, 2024 so I guess I can kiss $52.56 goodbye!!!

Me and my homies hate UMG I wish I had read these reviews before ordering from UMG. Much like everyone else, I was bugging customer service for 3 months about my order, and after receiving a tracking link that never updated, I was told that there was an error and I could either get a refund or a reshipment if they have stock (they don't). After 3 months of being strung along. Please save your money and sanity and NEVER order from here.

The best is the tracking numbers that don’t exist in any carriers system and the complete lack of meaningful communication outside of canned responses that they copy/paste IF they respond, which is almost never. Hates a strong word….but appropriate. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I wish I read all the negative reviews… I wish I read all the negative reviews before I ordered. First of all, umusic hides behind a lot of artists e-store, so you may be interacting with them without knowing. Second of all, they have very crazy shipping prices. Last one to seal the deal, they are extremely irresponsible with shipping. One of my order took more than 6 months to get a proper update, and they refunded one of my item because it is no longer available... (after 6 months maybe?), and then charged me the same shipping rate for the rest of the items. I know for a fact that charge extra for shipping more items. And this is after me checking the website weeks after weeks seeing when they are going to send my order out - and they always lie and say it's in a couple more days. Terrible merchant, should be out of business. They are only around because they have monopoly in the labels industry.

Avoid if you can Absolutely atrocious customer service. Ben waiting over 3 months for them to resolve my wrong order which would have been refunded 3 months ago due to a factory error. Instead here we are 3 months later with them replying once a week at best to my emails. So sad that musicians own merch uses this company as it lets all their fans down
