No Updates or Customer Service I ordered some Merch and I have not received any updates on the order. Like everyone else said on here... avoid! I will fight until the end to receive either my order or a full refund, despite no customer service available to contact. It's totally unacceptable (if not bizarre) for one of the largest media corps in the world to operate so unethically.

😑hated this Bought something expensive for Christmas when it was in stock, never showed up, customer service didn’t get back to me, then two months later I’m asking again and they’re saying it “got lost” and then a month later they’re saying whoops we don’t got it after I contact them AGAIN. The only option shouldn’t be a refund. This was supposed to be my big Christmas present for someone, and they ruined it, thanks guys!

Just Don't. Placed a pre-order on an album in May 2023 with it's marked release being July 2023. July came and went. I eventually made contact with them asking where my order was on December 2023. I heard back from them in January with a generic "sorry we haven't received a shipment yet" message. I can now purchase this exact album/varient many other places both new and second hand as of today (27/02/24). Suffice to say they're lying through their teeth and couldn't care less. Please, if you value your money and want to actually receive what you pay for, DON'T purchase anything from these scammers.

Do not order, you will not receive your purchase. Still have not received my order from the beginning of December (The Who merchandise). Like everyone else here, my emails have been dodged and the ship date has been continuously pushed. Twice now I have been promised shipment in the next few days and a UPS tracking number was created about two weeks ago (UPS has no record of it in their system). Do not purchase from this company. Edit: I have now received my order, but am leaving my rating as-is due to the lack of communication throughout the process and overall poor experience.

Just horrifically bad Just horrifically bad. Items won't be shipped for a month after purchase, and even then, if you reach out to customer service for help, there's like a 50% chance they'll tell you that your package was lost and all you're getting is a refund. At least with Taylor Swift's merchandise, it feels like no one cares about how awful the service is because they know people will still buy the merch.
