GBUMG is awful UMG is well known for abusing copyright law which not only includes copyright striking videos with music they don't own but also striking random videos and now trying to pull songs from TikTok muting thousands of people's videos effectively rendering then unwatchable all for greed. Two words UMG Sucks.

GBđhated this Bought something expensive for Christmas when it was in stock, never showed up, customer service didnât get back to me, then two months later Iâm asking again and theyâre saying it âgot lostâ and then a month later theyâre saying whoops we donât got it after I contact them AGAIN. The only option shouldnât be a refund. This was supposed to be my big Christmas present for someone, and they ruined it, thanks guys!

GBMe and my homies hate UMG I wish I had read these reviews before ordering from UMG. Much like everyone else, I was bugging customer service for 3 months about my order, and after receiving a tracking link that never updated, I was told that there was an error and I could either get a refund or a reshipment if they have stock (they don't). After 3 months of being strung along. Please save your money and sanity and NEVER order from here.

GBI wish I read all the negative reviews⌠I wish I read all the negative reviews before I ordered. First of all, umusic hides behind a lot of artists e-store, so you may be interacting with them without knowing. Second of all, they have very crazy shipping prices. Last one to seal the deal, they are extremely irresponsible with shipping. One of my order took more than 6 months to get a proper update, and they refunded one of my item because it is no longer available... (after 6 months maybe?), and then charged me the same shipping rate for the rest of the items. I know for a fact that charge extra for shipping more items. And this is after me checking the website weeks after weeks seeing when they are going to send my order out - and they always lie and say it's in a couple more days. Terrible merchant, should be out of business. They are only around because they have monopoly in the labels industry.

CAI wish I had read these reviews. I wish I had read these reviews. Customer service (sic) is a(n unfunny) joke. The best is the tracking numbers that donât exist in any carriers system and the complete lack of meaningful communication outside of canned responses that they copy/paste IF they respond, which is almost never. Hates a strong wordâŚ.but appropriate. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!
