CAPlain Theft. No refunds no customer service I bought something that was promised to arrive "on release date or before". That date passed. They don't have the item, the estimated date of shipping get pushed back every day and it's for next month now. They won't refund me. They say that I have to wait until they get the album, and when they ship it (it could be next year, who knows) I have to return it to them and only then, the refund "process" can start. At this point I'm sure that if the albjm ever comes and I return it, I would end up with nothing.

GBReturn requests ignored. Delayed shipment repeatedly. Now it's impossible to return items. Returns require an RMA prior to sending the items back, and I've been waiting 17 days for a response. The only response received back in that time completely ignored my clear RMA request, resulting in me having to email yet again. Any email takes a minimum of 7 days to get a response. Will be going through my credit card to recover funds.

GBJust Don't. Placed a pre-order on an album in May 2023 with it's marked release being July 2023. July came and went. I eventually made contact with them asking where my order was on December 2023. I heard back from them in January with a generic "sorry we haven't received a shipment yet" message. I can now purchase this exact album/varient many other places both new and second hand as of today (27/02/24). Suffice to say they're lying through their teeth and couldn't care less. Please, if you value your money and want to actually receive what you pay for, DON'T purchase anything from these scammers.

CAPurchase never ships Purchased vinyls on November 24th, 2023. It's now January 9th and my order still hasn't been shipped. Contacted customer support twice already and haven't got a single reply. Will be calling my credit card company to dispute this care since it seems Universal just simply stole my money.

GBI wish I read all the negative reviews… I wish I read all the negative reviews before I ordered. First of all, umusic hides behind a lot of artists e-store, so you may be interacting with them without knowing. Second of all, they have very crazy shipping prices. Last one to seal the deal, they are extremely irresponsible with shipping. One of my order took more than 6 months to get a proper update, and they refunded one of my item because it is no longer available... (after 6 months maybe?), and then charged me the same shipping rate for the rest of the items. I know for a fact that charge extra for shipping more items. And this is after me checking the website weeks after weeks seeing when they are going to send my order out - and they always lie and say it's in a couple more days. Terrible merchant, should be out of business. They are only around because they have monopoly in the labels industry.
