Bought my 12 year old daughter a Taylor Swift sweatshirt on 13th December for Christmas with next day delivery and here we are 29th January with still no item and no valid explanation and constant reminders that they are actually breaking trading laws by not supplying said item seem to go unnoticed. Happy to take your money but nothing else. No wonder Taylor is on the way to being a billionaire if this is how her record company do business

GBUMG is awful UMG is well known for abusing copyright law which not only includes copyright striking videos with music they don't own but also striking random videos and now trying to pull songs from TikTok muting thousands of people's videos effectively rendering then unwatchable all for greed. Two words UMG Sucks.
Buyer
GBReturn requests ignored. Delayed shipment repeatedly. Now it's impossible to return items. Returns require an RMA prior to sending the items back, and I've been waiting 17 days for a response. The only response received back in that time completely ignored my clear RMA request, resulting in me having to email yet again. Any email takes a minimum of 7 days to get a response. Will be going through my credit card to recover funds.

GBNo Updates or Customer Service I ordered some Merch and I have not received any updates on the order. Like everyone else said on here... avoid! I will fight until the end to receive either my order or a full refund, despite no customer service available to contact. It's totally unacceptable (if not bizarre) for one of the largest media corps in the world to operate so unethically.

GBDo not order, you will not receive your purchase. Still have not received my order from the beginning of December (The Who merchandise). Like everyone else here, my emails have been dodged and the ship date has been continuously pushed. Twice now I have been promised shipment in the next few days and a UPS tracking number was created about two weeks ago (UPS has no record of it in their system). Do not purchase from this company. Edit: I have now received my order, but am leaving my rating as-is due to the lack of communication throughout the process and overall poor experience.
