SERude and worthless communication Once again I've received a remarkably short and quite rude answer to a request for assistance with my booking, stating only "You need to contact your Egencia sales contact.", without any further specification of where or how I might find this person or team. I'm an employee of a larger corporation and have made a flight booking via the web tool. I have no contact details to any sales contact and I definitely don't have the time to chase this information from the customer service. Again. Last time this happened I spent at least 5 hours just trying to chase the right person who could provide information, and ended up giving up. Because no one at Egencia could actually find the information I was looking for. Shape up Egencia! This is another example of the non-existing customer service you are providing.

HKI could rate a 0 star if I’m allowed… I could rate a 0 star if I’m allowed to. This is the worst ever online travel agency company that I dealt with. I couldn’t imagine how come my company is using them as a corporate travel agency. They aren’t honorable to confirmed deals, they are incapable to provide correct information, They aren’t able to admit their own mistake, and they are not be able to provide appropriate compensation for the client which caused by mistake. The most important is they are not cheap and they keep saying that they provided the best in the market and all the other agencies are just leisure centric, but if you’re doing a very simple comparison, and the same criteria of hotel room rating or air rating you’ll find out that they end up probably at the most expensive one with the lease flexibilities provided. Anyway, that’s all I wanna say. If you’re trying to make a booking of hotel or any travel transportation ticket…. Please look into somewhere else if you still have a choice.

GBThe worst corporate booking tool out there! Period. Egencia is the absolute worst corporate booking tool out there. Their agents, while nice, are clueless reservationists and simply follow a script. Heaven forbid they go off script. The WORST part is the verification process you have to go through to speak with anyone about a reservation. It is so time consuming! Who has the time to waste. GO ELSEWHERE!!

GBIf you're considering hiring them look elsewhere Given one star as can't give none unfortunately. This company is terrible, I actually can't believe the company I work for didn't look into how bad they were before they awarded the contract. This company is prejudice, and can't manage to do simple things other companies can like connecting flights. Avoid if you can. Warn anyone looking to do business with them that they're incompetent and offensive.

GBTerrible company Terrible company, constantly sending demands and rude emails and how and when my business must accept payment. They don’t care that we’re only a small family owned business barely surviving the pandemic. They have unpaid invoices and just ignored all emails.
