GBEgencia is the worst corporate travel… Egencia is the worst corporate travel company in the world. No one speaks English, you can understand anyone, people screaming in the background, and they are no help whatsoever.

INWorst and Pathetic service by Egencia Worst and Pathetic service by Egencia. Don't use this 3rd party booking app for any of your bookings they are worthless and customer support is pathetic. Giving a rating is also not worth it to them. They are just gamblers trying to loot customers' money and don't even support them when comes to flight rescheduling. Don't even refund amount and UI is most pathetic and apart from booking nothing you can interact it with.

GBThe worst corporate booking tool out there! Period. Egencia is the absolute worst corporate booking tool out there. Their agents, while nice, are clueless reservationists and simply follow a script. Heaven forbid they go off script. The WORST part is the verification process you have to go through to speak with anyone about a reservation. It is so time consuming! Who has the time to waste. GO ELSEWHERE!!

AUSince changing to Egencia we have lost… Since changing to Egencia we have lost all benefits through different programs. Hilton as an example refuses to honor status so we now need to pay for WIFI, parking, additional water, early/late check ins/outs. It makes the only benefits of constantly traveling null and void. This is due to Egencia owning expedia and double dipping during booking process. Taking a cut from the company booking then again with who is being booked.

GBFirst sales call I got on a call with their sales team, and i got nothing but rude and pathetic customer service right out the first 10 minutes. I ended the call after 10 minutes when they told me if we don't leave hotel engine for hotels, they can't help us with airlines and car rentals. Is either them for all or nothing. Very pushy and demanding. then I came and saw the reviews. My call with the reviews are a perfect match.
