GBTerrible Experience - False Advertising and Poor Customer Service Booked a Bed and Breakfast through Egencia, expecting a fulfilling breakfast. However, no breakfast was included upon arrival, confirmed by the reception. Contacted customer service but received no satisfactory resolution after nearly an hour on the phone. Disappointed and hungry, with no empathy or assistance from Egencia. Overall, a profoundly disappointing experience. Avoid Egencia if you value honesty and reliable customer service.

GBEgencia is the worst corporate travel… Egencia is the worst corporate travel company in the world. No one speaks English, you can understand anyone, people screaming in the background, and they are no help whatsoever.

AUSince changing to Egencia we have lost… Since changing to Egencia we have lost all benefits through different programs. Hilton as an example refuses to honor status so we now need to pay for WIFI, parking, additional water, early/late check ins/outs. It makes the only benefits of constantly traveling null and void. This is due to Egencia owning expedia and double dipping during booking process. Taking a cut from the company booking then again with who is being booked.

CZPay for flexible tariff and get a saver instead Our company uses Egencia as a corporate booking tool - so I cannot avoid using it for business trips. Our corporate policy is not to book the cheapest, non-refundable flight options (acknowledging plans can change). So I followed and booked for my flight the more pricey options with flexibility. I was quite happy about it - because the flex tarif enables you to choose seat for free and have more luggage etc. But guess what, by the time I wanted to use these perks, I found out that despite paying the higher prices, it was still the saver option that got booked with the airline! So tariff that did not even allow to pay for a seat selection and has a massive surcharge for extra luggage. I feel scammed by this approach.

SEIncredibly lousy travel agent! Incredibly lousy travel agent! The company I work for had the bad taste to choose Egencia for all the bookings of the company’s business trips. Never ever has Egencia been able to provide an accurate voucher for the booked hotels. We always end up having to pay at the hotel. That also includes car rentals. Everyone I talk to who have been using Egencia say the same. I wish my company could switch to another travel agent.
