GBTHIS COMPANY HAS PENDING GOVERNMENT ACTION. We were 2 days late with a payment and company charged 20% late fee and is now charging 6% per month interest. We were with Universal Premium/Fleetcor for over 6 years and were a good customer. We explained that we were locked out the web page and had trouble reaching anyone in customer service, hence our lateness. We asked for grace/forgiveness on the late fee and they said no. Seriously? So apparently our business is not that important to them. I saw they have a lot of other serious complaints at the BBB and they are being investigated by the government. Good for them. May karma be theirs.

GBUnreliable! This company was working for us for about 2 months. The card all of a sudden started being declined for fraudulent activity, which we verified wasn’t accurate. They couldn’t remove the block or explain the issue so they sent a new card. We were unable to use the account for a week. The next month they decreased the credit balance with no warning and my driver couldn’t get fuel out of town. I called 3 business days ago and no resolution or explanation. They are horrible to partner with if you are a new business. I will be closing our account, since they have proven to be unreliable. DON’T DO IT!

GBZero stars Zero stars! Speedway, wake up! Find a new partner beside FleetCor. The absolute worst customer service experience. We spend about 5k a month, so we are not big potatoes, but not small neither. Anyhow, FleetCor is having problems with their local post office (per their customer service) delivering mail on time. In the past 6 months, they have locked our account because of non-payment 3 times. Even though we mailed a check up to 10 days prior to the due date. They has left our drivers stranded without the ability to fill up. Call customer service and get run around. We are done! Currently applying for credit with a competitor and will be parting ways.

GBWORST COMPANY EVER WORST COMPANY EVER! I cancelled my account 3 times since March 2022 (and received account closure emails all 3 times) and requested that my deposit of $500 be returned. I have called and spoke to 7 of the most incompetent people trying to get my security deposit back and have heard 10 different stories, yes 10 I had 3 people tell me 2 different stories each in the same call. Not to mention the countless ghost transfers, where you speak to one person who pretends to be reviewing your case and asked to put you on hold and a mysterious person picks up and you have to explain your issue all over again. Here we are at the end of June and I still don't have my security deposit. I'm starting a class action lawsuit and filing complaints with the BBB. FLEETCOR do not respond to this review with your lying, generic post! I am DONE talking to you.

GBI was sold on savings BUT FOOLED I was sold on savings, but this program is difficult to use, randomly charges are being declined and random stations aren't in the approved network. Customer service is lacking as well. If you are using a fuel card program already, DON'T SWITCH!
