GBIt is a HORRIBLE COMPANY TO EVER WORK… It is a HORRIBLE COMPANY TO EVER WORK FOR! I will not recommend anyone to work here, training is long and is not helpful at all when you actually start working. Supervisors barely know what they are doing, and the trainers get frustrated trying to train and help people!!!!! DONT WORK HERE

GBWORST COMPANY EVER WORST COMPANY EVER! I cancelled my account 3 times since March 2022 (and received account closure emails all 3 times) and requested that my deposit of $500 be returned. I have called and spoke to 7 of the most incompetent people trying to get my security deposit back and have heard 10 different stories, yes 10 I had 3 people tell me 2 different stories each in the same call. Not to mention the countless ghost transfers, where you speak to one person who pretends to be reviewing your case and asked to put you on hold and a mysterious person picks up and you have to explain your issue all over again. Here we are at the end of June and I still don't have my security deposit. I'm starting a class action lawsuit and filing complaints with the BBB. FLEETCOR do not respond to this review with your lying, generic post! I am DONE talking to you.

GBFrustrating We made payment 12 days ago and the payment never posts. Made several calls to check on this and was told every time that the system needed up to 48 hours to reflect payments. Called 4 days ago to make sure account was active As of today its still not active But a new 15 dollar mystery charge has been added I just found out that this is the new monthly membership fee

GBTHIS COMPANY HAS PENDING GOVERNMENT ACTION. We were 2 days late with a payment and company charged 20% late fee and is now charging 6% per month interest. We were with Universal Premium/Fleetcor for over 6 years and were a good customer. We explained that we were locked out the web page and had trouble reaching anyone in customer service, hence our lateness. We asked for grace/forgiveness on the late fee and they said no. Seriously? So apparently our business is not that important to them. I saw they have a lot of other serious complaints at the BBB and they are being investigated by the government. Good for them. May karma be theirs.

GBI was sold on savings BUT FOOLED I was sold on savings, but this program is difficult to use, randomly charges are being declined and random stations aren't in the approved network. Customer service is lacking as well. If you are using a fuel card program already, DON'T SWITCH!
