GBIt is a HORRIBLE COMPANY TO EVER WORK… It is a HORRIBLE COMPANY TO EVER WORK FOR! I will not recommend anyone to work here, training is long and is not helpful at all when you actually start working. Supervisors barely know what they are doing, and the trainers get frustrated trying to train and help people!!!!! DONT WORK HERE

GBDeserves ZERO stars! STAY AWAY!! Deserves ZERO stars! Hidden fees, exorbitant late fee for being 2 days late. They REFUSE to send any paper invoices or statements. Their website to find any information is nearly unnavigable. Customer service is non-existent. Cancelled our fleet account today & blocked all cards from use. STAY AWAY!!

GBThis company doesn't deserve 1 star This company doesn't deserve 1 star. They a crooked beyond belief with deep pockets. The prey on small companies with there fees,and more fees then more fees. You basically need an attorney to figure a statement out. Late 2 days they throw a high risk fee,late fee and interest fee. All added it is about 40 percent of your bill. STAY AWAY!!! Customer service is also extremely useless. I can not say it enough. Stay away. Find another card

GBUnreliable! This company was working for us for about 2 months. The card all of a sudden started being declined for fraudulent activity, which we verified wasn’t accurate. They couldn’t remove the block or explain the issue so they sent a new card. We were unable to use the account for a week. The next month they decreased the credit balance with no warning and my driver couldn’t get fuel out of town. I called 3 business days ago and no resolution or explanation. They are horrible to partner with if you are a new business. I will be closing our account, since they have proven to be unreliable. DON’T DO IT!

GBA truly Terrible service Avoid ! A truly Terrible service Avoid ! So after much persuasion and sales pitch we used this company for 3 months which was perfectly fine. However, in the background without notice our account was handed to the management of one of their in house commission based resellers. No information about this was sent or agreed and they proceeded to charge us outside the remit and way above the price of the original very clearly verbally formed contract which was recorded at the time. Having raised this our concerns were firstly ignored then defiantly the company disrupted our processes sufficiently to cause us hours of work plus distress to our working environment. Working in the customer service sector ourselves for over 24 years we can honestly advise never to have dealings with this dishonest company.
