GBCompany is unreliable 10 days after ordering, filters still never showed as left warehouse so I called. They said 4-6 more business days before shipping. Checked back and still not shipped. Finally showed as shipped 16 days after ordered. FedEx tracking gives it another 10 days to arrive. Seriously???? Will NEVER use this company again! I could have bought filters locally.

GBPoor quality and size Just received my 2 - 5” media filters that were supposed to fit my Trane furnace. About 1/4” too tall and had to be forcibly pushed into the furnace tearing some of the filter. Contacted customer service and was told that’s the only size they have and wanted me to go to FedEx and send them back. Sorry your problem not mine. Refused to send me a replacement even after I sent numerous pictures. Avoid

GBGreat product and Service!! I have ordered furnace filters several times over the past 3 years or so. I have always gotten just what I needed (they carry the "odd" size that cannot be purchased just anywhere). Price is reasonable and they ship and the package arrives as scheduled. I love working with this company and cannot say enough good about both the staff of employees who assist me as well as the quality of the filters I order. All is superb!! Highly recommend this company!!!!!!!!

GBLate processing and shipping order Factory Direct Filters did not meet the criteria promised and guaranteed in processing and shipping my order. My order was finally completed after I threatened to cancel after their time promised time limit had been ignored.. Like too many businesses in America, they seem to not care about customer service and keeping their word. I'm very disappointed and did not appreciate the misinformation that they tried to feed me.Oops! You've been busted

GBDespite several really bad reviews on… Despite several really bad reviews on this company, I have not experienced any bad customer service nor have the filters I have ordered been anything but great. They are equal in quality to what I have purchased from the Big Box stores as well as Large Chain Retail Variety Stores. I have examined the filters I personally buy to see how the quality & workmanship compare to other brands...and I don't see any difference. I do believe that they need to address these customer complaints and do their best to take immediate corrective action! Ratings GREATLY effect people's decisions on whether or not to even TRY using a company or not.
