GBSent Wrong Size Filters I ordered six 19x25x1 Merv 8 filters on 2/25/2023. On 3/10/2023, I received six 10x12x1 Merv 8 filters, that is, the wrong size filters. I called Factory Direct Filters customer service on the day of the delivery, 3/10/2023, and was told to keep the 10x12x1 Merv 8 filters and that the correct sized filters would ship on 3/12/2023. Not having received the correct filters, I emailed Factory Direct Filters customer service describing the problem on 3/21/2023 but received no response. Then, I called customer service again on 3/23/2023. The rep indicated that it may be a while before the correct filters ship. On 4/25/2023, I wrote a letter to Factory Direct Filters, describing the above. I have not received the correct size filters nor a refund for $66.58. I've used Factory Direct Filters for many years with no problems. This experience has been horrible.

CABad customer service Ordered previously with no problems but this time after ordering my shipment arrived 3 weeks late. Also when i ordered one of my set of filters i clicked on "12" filters on their site but the box only had 6 in them. i emailed them and they said if i wanted 6 more i can order more. THAT WAS NOT WHAT I WAS EMAILING ABOUT. They took no responsibility for their mistake. They ended up saying (paraphrasing here) "oops. Typo. We let web people know. Bye." So nothing being done to mitigate the situation. Horrible customer service.

GBOrder needed a cattle prod 10 days after placing an order, I hadn't gotten any confirmation of order completion or shipping. I went to website and responded through the form provided and got no response. I called after hours and left a message...and got no response. I called two days later and got a customer service rep. She went about troubleshooting the order. It finally went through and was shipped within two business days.

GBWaste of my time Ordered filters online and they were suppose to arrive by a certain date. I waited a few days to follow up and only then did they send out a "label created" email and notified me that the filters had shipped. Waited another 8 days and no filter. Emailed customer service again and they claim my package was lost. Seriously I can see the FedEx tracking. It never left their warehouse. Apparently they created a label to "appear" to be shipping something but it never shipped. Wish I had read other reviews before ordering. Waste of my time. If my credit card is not credited within 24 hours I'll file a dispute, more wasted time.

GBDO NOT EVEN GO TO THEIR WEB PAGE DO NOT EVEN GO TO THEIR WEB PAGE. IF YOU DO EXPECT TO RECEIVE EMAILS EVERY DAY AND IF YOU DELETE ONE ANOTHER IMMEDIATELY POPS UP. I HAVE REQUESTED SEVERAL TIMES THAT THEY STOP SENDING ME THESE EMAILS AND THEY STILL KEEP COMING. UNLESS YOU LIKE NUMEROUS EMAILS FROM THE SAME COMPANY, STAY AWAY FROM THIS OUTFIT.
