Late processing and shipping order Factory Direct Filters did not meet the criteria promised and guaranteed in processing and shipping my order. My order was finally completed after I threatened to cancel after their time promised time limit had been ignored.. Like too many businesses in America, they seem to not care about customer service and keeping their word. I'm very disappointed and did not appreciate the misinformation that they tried to feed me.Oops! You've been busted

Waste of my time Ordered filters online and they were suppose to arrive by a certain date. I waited a few days to follow up and only then did they send out a "label created" email and notified me that the filters had shipped. Waited another 8 days and no filter. Emailed customer service again and they claim my package was lost. Seriously I can see the FedEx tracking. It never left their warehouse. Apparently they created a label to "appear" to be shipping something but it never shipped. Wish I had read other reviews before ordering. Waste of my time. If my credit card is not credited within 24 hours I'll file a dispute, more wasted time.

Great product and Service!! I have ordered furnace filters several times over the past 3 years or so. I have always gotten just what I needed (they carry the "odd" size that cannot be purchased just anywhere). Price is reasonable and they ship and the package arrives as scheduled. I love working with this company and cannot say enough good about both the staff of employees who assist me as well as the quality of the filters I order. All is superb!! Highly recommend this company!!!!!!!!

Sent Wrong Size Filters I ordered six 19x25x1 Merv 8 filters on 2/25/2023. On 3/10/2023, I received six 10x12x1 Merv 8 filters, that is, the wrong size filters. I called Factory Direct Filters customer service on the day of the delivery, 3/10/2023, and was told to keep the 10x12x1 Merv 8 filters and that the correct sized filters would ship on 3/12/2023. Not having received the correct filters, I emailed Factory Direct Filters customer service describing the problem on 3/21/2023 but received no response. Then, I called customer service again on 3/23/2023. The rep indicated that it may be a while before the correct filters ship. On 4/25/2023, I wrote a letter to Factory Direct Filters, describing the above. I have not received the correct size filters nor a refund for $66.58. I've used Factory Direct Filters for many years with no problems. This experience has been horrible.

NO SHIPMENT, POOR SERVICE Ordered filters July 21, 2020. It is now August 19 and no filters yet. Money cleared the bank July 22. Only receiving canned responses asking for five days to respond each time. This was not apparent the first time I ordered. Blaming shipping time on Covid-19???? THIS IS RIDICULOUS
