GBOrdered three sets of custom sized… Ordered three sets of custom sized filters. Items arrived 4 days after date promised. One of the 3 orders was the wrong size. Attempted to contact the company. However, they do not answer phones on Friday or the weekend. Their chat is also disabled. Emailed them 4 times with no response. Will now dispute the charges for the defective \ useless item.

GBI ordered filters 22x25x1 I ordered filters 22x25x1. I had received wrong filters without any label indicating size and grade. I have been charged $12.00 for shipping. Quality no the same as existing filter. This us a scam! Terrible experience. Never again!!

GBOrder needed a cattle prod 10 days after placing an order, I hadn't gotten any confirmation of order completion or shipping. I went to website and responded through the form provided and got no response. I called after hours and left a message...and got no response. I called two days later and got a customer service rep. She went about troubleshooting the order. It finally went through and was shipped within two business days.

GBCancel the payment for quick response... Ordered 6/25. Crickets after weeks of phone calls (had to leave voicemails) and emails (never responded). Initiated payment cancel after five weeks. Amazing response! Received the correct order within a week. Update 7 Sep, 20. The response from the company still doesn't address how my voicemails and website forms were ignored for 6 weeks before canceling the payment. And I didn't follow through with payment cancellation because the order was finally fulfilled. The point was that I was ignored until starting the payment cancellation process. Caveat Emptor.

GBSent Wrong Size Filters I ordered six 19x25x1 Merv 8 filters on 2/25/2023. On 3/10/2023, I received six 10x12x1 Merv 8 filters, that is, the wrong size filters. I called Factory Direct Filters customer service on the day of the delivery, 3/10/2023, and was told to keep the 10x12x1 Merv 8 filters and that the correct sized filters would ship on 3/12/2023. Not having received the correct filters, I emailed Factory Direct Filters customer service describing the problem on 3/21/2023 but received no response. Then, I called customer service again on 3/23/2023. The rep indicated that it may be a while before the correct filters ship. On 4/25/2023, I wrote a letter to Factory Direct Filters, describing the above. I have not received the correct size filters nor a refund for $66.58. I've used Factory Direct Filters for many years with no problems. This experience has been horrible.
