GB5* all round 5* all round! Ordering, delivery tracked all the way. Its been a excellent experience for a first time buyer! One item camed damaged, the box was damaged in transit I contacted swell obviously immediately, I had a reply within 5 mins and a refund instantly on reply - I was offered another been sent out too. Already for items in my bag for next online order.

GBNot the best value I've ordered other things from Swell & they weren't too bad. Decided to give them a go for my livefood & it won't happen again. I actually paid more than my usual supplier but also thought I was getting more. Turns out the small crickets come in a small tub of 50 where they've thrown in an extra handful & called it a thousand!!! No way are there a 1000 crickets in there, but in a small tub it looks very populated & easy to create the illusion of quantity

GBExcellent customer service! I bought a couple items and one was a bulb that wasn’t working when arrived, I contacted them with pictures etc and spoke with both Miah and Holly whom within not even 24hrs they have sorted a new one to be sent out! (This is due to the customer service operating hours) very pleased and will be ordering from this company again

GBHorrendous customer service, shop elsewhere Why oh why was I so stupid to give this company another go. Ordered a bulb 3 weeks ago which blew within 24 hours. All I want is a replacement (as I have checked all my equipment is ok) and I have had 1 response so far telling me to check my equipment. I've got the bulb here to return if they want it. I've tried calling them but their phone lines don't work. Starting to wonder if this is a scam company.
