GBQuickly solved issue. Had an issue with an item ( bulb), confirmed my order number, provided photos etc and a replacement was organised straight away. No fuss or issues. Great service.

IMAwful service Awful service. Spent £400 and opted for a 2 day delivery service. A week later and nothing, so called and was advised they needed to get in touch with the warehouse. A few days later nothing, so called again and advised it was the courier’s fault, DPD, as they hadn’t been turning up to collect. Swells emails will state they have been dispatched however this isn’t the case. Contacted DPD and they haven’t received anything. Our bearded dragon is due to arrive in a couple of days and we have nowhere to house it. Left high and dry with no idea what’s really happening. Will call again today but guessing the narrative will be “the DPD truck is outside right now, it should be on that” Nonsense.

GBVery helpful I emailed swell reptiles them inform them that I had not received part of my order they sorted it out straight away and I had it delivered the next day. I am very happy.

GBGood customer service Ordered some live food with another item but it wasn't in the parcel on delivery. Messaged the shop and they got it sorted and shipped out in about 10 minutes. Can't fault that

GBAbysmal Online Customer Service Be very wary of ordering online from this store, because if anything goes wrong (eg. item not delivered), the customer service after-care is incredibly poor. They are just not interested in helping, they have no empathy, and they are not prepared to do anything which requires any effort on their part. It's a shame because the staff in the store can't do enough for you, but the ones who deal with online queries really let the business down. I won't be ordering anything in the future, and would advise others to shop around first before relying on this business.
