GBHigh shipping cost not disclosed I needed a $10 part. I used the online chat to find the shipping and handling cost, since I couldn't get the info without submitting the order. I was told to go to UPS for the shipping estimate. It was $13. My invoice included $30 for shipping. Ridiculous! UPDATE - A company representative followed up, and credited the difference in shipping and handling. Their follow-up is appreciated.

GBVery disappointed Just a bad experience from beginning to end. It took 2 months to fix a simple repair job on a 2 door freezer. I kept calling to see when a technician was going to show up to finish the job and they would set a date and not show. This happened 3-4 times. Weeks would go by. Finally got the general manager on the phone and he said he would take care of it and also adjust the bill due to all the issues. Bill came without adjustment. I called the Charlotte office to talk through this issue and the lady said she would talk to general manager and get back to me. Still haven't heard back and it's been weeks. I would be happy to talk with someone who cares. Not sure anyone does at this location. We have experienced similar issues from the Greenville, SC branch. GBExpensive BUT worth it because the job is done right! As a business owner, having downtime is not good! Whaley makes sure things get done and the right way. Pricing is much higher than the average but it beats paying someone doing half of the job for half of the price. I only use Whaley because I know it gets done correctly. Also, Gina is my favorite. GBFirst tech had no idea what he was… First tech had no idea what he was doing. Very expensive. I feel tech should have given me an idea of the cost and let me decide if it was cheaper to purchase a new unit. Called because first tech didn’t fix the problem and never delivered the part he was supposed to bring back. They send him back charges me again. I finally get a tech that knows what he’s doing and gets unit repaired. They have agreed to refund my second charge which is good but they are still making me pay for a $36 part that I feel they should comp due to the whole situation. Also not good at calling back when promised. Hope I never have to call them again. This was the Wilmington NC office. Update! I got a call from the Mgr. he had been told what had happened. He assured me this wasn’t the way they did business. He agreed that there were mistake made and they would be refunding all of our payments. We are not for profit organization. Should we need anything else repaired we will be going back to them. They gained our respect and trust having took the time to call and make things right.
