Great service... They listen and understand the importance of working equipment!! Would recommend to anyone who needs service for their restaurant or food truck equipment. Servicemen come to sight after hours! Love them!

Quick Response Friendly and well-trained technicians who determine the problem and quickly make repair. They go over the costs before they order parts. On one or two occasions, the review was done with one of our employees who is unable to make financial decisions.

Expensive BUT worth it because the job is done right! As a business owner, having downtime is not good! Whaley makes sure things get done and the right way. Pricing is much higher than the average but it beats paying someone doing half of the job for half of the price. I only use Whaley because I know it gets done correctly. Also, Gina is my favorite. Awful Experience Your customer service is lacking. You purchased a really good company in CKE and the service that I was used to with CKE is not provided by the current company. I wish the change had never been made. You've lost my business for all future parts purchases.
