Never fixed the problem spent $3000 for nothing. My broiler was getting to hot. They came out 4 times replacing all different parts that can only be bought through Whaley. I called another company who came out swapped the bottom and top orifices, and I'll be; it is fixed.

whaleys service review I have been at cape fear now for about 7 years and throughout this time I have called about Whaley food service to repair different units in out dietary department or I may have had to order some parts and Whaley has always been very good in service and very professional.
