This survey came to MARTA but was … This survey came to MARTA but was addressed to The Chattanoogan Hotel. As for the service provided to MARTA, the repairs were completed satisfactorily, except that 1. Whaley Foodservice could not give me a scheduled date/time for the service. 2. I received no advanced notification of the repair technician's arrival to evaluate the machine. 3. The time between evaluation and repair was far too long and too expensive - purchasing a new brewer would have been more cost effective and timely.. 4. I received no advanced notification of the repair technician's arrival to complete the repair. Whaley Foodservice should, based on the equipment model, be able to inform the customer on the availability of pares and provide the customer with a time-frame for the repair.

Great service... They listen and understand the importance of working equipment!! Would recommend to anyone who needs service for their restaurant or food truck equipment. Servicemen come to sight after hours! Love them!

Good Service We've been buying from Whaley Food Service for years. We've always received good service. I wish the prices were more competitive but they are convenient and easy to do business with.

WATCH OUT form their TRANSPORTATION CHARGE Asked to come out to fix a fryer locally-- had never seen the machine before--- worked for two hours educating himself on the unit- charged for two hours- no problem--- but the company went a charged a $175.00 transportation fee on top of that- signed before he left--- but was not explained that the charge would be included--- called the office to dispute the charge and follow up on parts that needed to be ordered from manufacturer--- refused to pick up phone and never heard from them again-- CROOKS and they seem to get away with it consistently????
