Technician Cyrus Cyrus was prompt and courteous while troubleshooting the reach in cooler. diagnosed the problem and returned 2 days later installed new part and checked operation of equipment. Cyrus then this past Wednesday to finalize a new Avenger dish washing machine and perform a factory check and performance procedure. Cyrus shows his competence and knowledge. Very good tech. Steve

Quick Response Friendly and well-trained technicians who determine the problem and quickly make repair. They go over the costs before they order parts. On one or two occasions, the review was done with one of our employees who is unable to make financial decisions.

High shipping cost not disclosed I needed a $10 part. I used the online chat to find the shipping and handling cost, since I couldn't get the info without submitting the order. I was told to go to UPS for the shipping estimate. It was $13. My invoice included $30 for shipping. Ridiculous! UPDATE - A company representative followed up, and credited the difference in shipping and handling. Their follow-up is appreciated.
