I appreciate the service. Issues with buying insurance I appreciate the service. I am always able to get tickets for hard-to-get events. However, routinely, when I try to check out and get insurance for the tickets, payments do not process due to a mismatch in the charge amounts. Please fix this bug.

NO UPFRONT PRICING… It seemed that I had to go a around about way to get to the tickets I was interested with. Also it appears there isn't upfront pricing like other sites. I was somewhat surprised at the high fees, not so much with the taxes. I have to print receipts and or tickets, and yet I'm paying fees, doesn't seem right.

Lack of transparency of total price before submitting payment. I didn't like that the price changed after i submitted my payment. The price that was quoted was $250.20. After i submitted my credit card information the price increased about 12 dollars. The overall price was good but the lack of transparency of the TOTAL price was not great.
