GBLack of transparency of total price before submitting payment. I didn't like that the price changed after i submitted my payment. The price that was quoted was $250.20. After i submitted my credit card information the price increased about 12 dollars. The overall price was good but the lack of transparency of the TOTAL price was not great.

GBPoor customer service Website easy to use but customer service terrible. I received confirmation of my flight tickets but no e-ticket attached and when searching my order on my account nothing showed up. I reached out via email three times over a series of two weeks and still have not had any response beyond an automated one. Will 100% put me off from using them again.
