I have been trying to get in contact… I have been trying to get in contact with T@W for a few days now. Been on hold and have not been able to speak to anyone. Have put in 2 "contact us" cases and still noone has responded. This will be the LAST time I use Tickets at Work. I have always had good luck with them, but all of a sudden I am getting no customer service. I do not have order number because I never received an email confirmation nor is it listed under my orders on the website.

Scam Purchased round trip tickets to Japan. When choosing the tickets and while checking out, it clearly stated I was buying business class tickets both ways. Even on the confirmation page after purchasing the tickets it stated business class both ways. Once I received the confirmation email, it listed business class only one way. Fortunately I still had the website confirmation page open so I took a screenshot to show to customer service so they could resolve the problem. However, the person I spoke to through email did not try to help me at all and told me that was what I paid for. Even with the screenshot as proof that their site sold me business tickets, they would not honor it. What I was promised during my purchase and what I actually received was not the same. That is the definition of a scam. I will not ever purchase tickets from this company again

User Friendly User Friendly This was very easy and straight forward. I will make sure to use this site again. The prices are great and fair. It was easy to find what I was looking for. I will make sure to look here next time I want discounted tickets.

Lack of transparency of total price before submitting payment. I didn't like that the price changed after i submitted my payment. The price that was quoted was $250.20. After i submitted my credit card information the price increased about 12 dollars. The overall price was good but the lack of transparency of the TOTAL price was not great.
