Faster than standing in line and 40%… Faster than standing in line and 40% cheaper! Only issue is the ticket needs to be printed out to be valid. That is inconvenient and a waste of paper. A barcode on a cellphone would work just fine. Inconvenient and bad for the environment. Bonus is the tickets don't expire.

I have been trying to get in contact… I have been trying to get in contact with T@W for a few days now. Been on hold and have not been able to speak to anyone. Have put in 2 "contact us" cases and still noone has responded. This will be the LAST time I use Tickets at Work. I have always had good luck with them, but all of a sudden I am getting no customer service. I do not have order number because I never received an email confirmation nor is it listed under my orders on the website.
