
Unhappy customer
GBI have been trying to get in contact… I have been trying to get in contact with T@W for a few days now. Been on hold and have not been able to speak to anyone. Have put in 2 "contact us" cases and still noone has responded. This will be the LAST time I use Tickets at Work. I have always had good luck with them, but all of a sudden I am getting no customer service. I do not have order number because I never received an email confirmation nor is it listed under my orders on the website.

GBOverall good experience Richard at TicketsAtWork reached out and explained that Preferred Access tickets are delivered through third parties so may not be discounted. I understand that now, and he also helped me out with my order by providing a voucher to cover the additional ticket fee's charged. Overall, I had a good experience and would look here again for future ticket purchases. The price of Preferred Access tickets was very comparable to what we could find in seat geek. But my general feedback is that it would be a better user experience if you include the taxes and fee's in the price of the ticket when choosing the seat, rather than at the end of the checkout process.

GBMY NAME WAS IN WRONG FOR 2 ROUND TRIP… MY NAME WAS IN WRONG FOR 2 ROUND TRIP FLIGHTS. TOOK 4 PHONE CALLS AT 45 MINUTES EACH TO CORRECT MY NAME. THEN, I REALIZED THEY REMOVED MY HUSBAND FROM ONE FLIGHT WHEN ALL THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DO WAS CORRECT MY NAME SO IT WOULD MATCH MY ID. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH NO FOLLOW THROUGH. WILL NOW HAVE TO CALL AGAIN TO GET THAT RIGHT - MY HUSBAND'S NAME WAS FINE. AWFUL. WILL NOT USE AGAIN

GBI appreciate the service. Issues with buying insurance I appreciate the service. I am always able to get tickets for hard-to-get events. However, routinely, when I try to check out and get insurance for the tickets, payments do not process due to a mismatch in the charge amounts. Please fix this bug.
